We can supply you with
flexplate mounted encoders or resolvers with integral hobbed pinion
shafts that mate with precision rack for 0.002 mm or 0.0001 inches (or
higher) resolutions without speed increasers.
This gives you a viable alternative to
Inductosyn scales or glass scales for feedback Encoders with up to 10,000 pulses/rev. are compatible with the CNCs, PLCs and PCs using digital-incremental feedback like Allen-Bradley, Dynapath, Fagor, GE-Fanuc, Vickers, NUM, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and others. The encoders and resolvers are totally sealed with MS connectors; and are available with either 1 mm or 1/10 inch circular pitch, 20 tooth integral (Quality 15) pinions for 0.002 mm or 0.0001 inch resolution as commonly required. Ten tooth, 1/10 inch circular pitch pinion shaft encoder for interfacing with 0.100 inch pitch rack are also available. Other resolutions are available to 0.00002 inches (or 0.0004 mm).
